It’s your time to shine!

The AOM ShowStoppers is an audition-only group for dancers who want to train at a high level and love the stage. But they want to reach their goals in a steady, sustainable way (while also saving time for other things like school dance, sports, or a couple family dinners during the week!)

Along with dance technique and performance, we also love to focus on teaching the life lessons that go along with being on a team and helping develop young ladies into confident, responsible young women.

Though we are a competitive company, our mission is to share the joy of dance with performances in our local NWA community.

So how do you join?

Mandatory parent meeting: Tuesday, May 13 from 6:15-7:00 PM via Zoom

Audition videos released: Monday, May 19

AUDITIONS: Tuesday, May 27

Times:
Ages 7-10: 4:00-5:30 PM
Ages 11 and older: 5:45-7:45 PM

*Ages for auditions determined as of January 1, 2026.

Audition fee: $25 upon registration

Dress code: Black dancewear, ballet shoes, jazz shoes, and sneakers (if hip hop is included in your dancer’s audition videos)

What to expect:

Dancers should arrive 15 minutes early to warm up. During auditions, they will review the material covered in the audition videos and then perform the audition material. Dancers may also be asked to demonstrate their skills by going across the floor in small groups.
