The team behind the dream

The Art of Motion (affectionately known as AOM) began as a dream.

A dream that combined two of our owner's passions: dance and children. Hannah Pasquinzo has been teaching Northwest Arkansas' youth for over 25 years, and she couldn't be more proud to be building a legacy that thrives on values like creativity, teamwork, family, and fun!

Hannah Pasquinzo
Owner and Director

Hannah was just naive and adventurous enough to think that she could start her own dance studio at the ripe 'ole age of 21. And thank goodness - AOM has been serving Northwest Arkansas for 21 years now! When she's not at the studio, you can find Hannah hanging out with her husband and two children or riding her horses.

Rachel Hennen
Studio Manager & Instructor

Rachel is from Forney, Texas, and grew up dancing in the DFW area throughout grade school. She was a member of the McLennan Community College dance team in Waco, Texas before moving to Fayetteville. While Studying at the U of A, Rachel obtained a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. She teaches all ages and styles but has a special love for jazz. Rachel's favorite part about working at AOM is watching the students grow as dancers.

Grace Abbick

Grace grew up dancing in Overland Park, Kansas where she fell in love with ballet! Ballet has always been a part of her life (her sister is a real life ballerina!!!), and she’s so thankful that she’s able to share her love of ballet with her students. Grace graduated from the University of Arkansas with her Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminology, Sociology and French in 2021 and her Master’s Degree in French Literature in 2024. When Grace isn’t at the dance studio you can usually find her with her best friend and her dogs or working as an Emergency Dispatcher at the Fayetteville Police Department!

They won four state championships combined! She attended Parkland College and obtained her associates degree in Culinary Arts Management and worked as a pastry chef where she met her now husband. When Sarah isn’t at AOM, you can find her doing anything that makes her feel like a kid again, working towards her health coach certification, or hanging out with her golden retriever Oskee!

AOM has been the biggest blessing since moving here, and Sarah is so excited to continue her dance career with the sweetest dancers and staff!!

While in college Stacey performed with the American Spirit Dance Company and the OKC Arena Football cheerleaders. Now Stacey is passionate about instilling what she has learned as a professional and an artist in her students. She has over 15 years of teaching experience, but this is her first year in Arkansas with Art of Motion. When Stacey's not dancing, you can find her coaching CrossFit and lifting heavy weights. She loves incorporating fitness and muscle awareness into dance education.

After growing up as a competitive dancer in Dallas, Ashley attended the University of Arkansas and received her B.A. in Psychology. During and after college, Ashley taught at The Art of Motion for ten years from 2008-2018. As a Certified Whole Person Coach and Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Ashley works with dancers through 1-1 coaching and group workshops and travels with the dance competition/convention, Embody Dance Conference, where she teaches mindset skills to dancers of all ages. Ashley is ecstatic to be back teaching dance at AOM and training the AOM teachers on teaching methods, mindset, and personal development.

Miss Khloie loves all styles of dance, but jazz, hip hop, and contemporary are her favorites! Her favorite part of working at AOM is getting to share her passion for dance with all the kiddos.
